About the company

The client is one of the largest e-mobility distributors in the Middle East, they’ve come to us with the help needed to increase the results from their paid ads.

The challenges

They have a website built on WordPress and an active Meta account but nothing seemed to be producing the results and they wanted to understand if it even makes sense to run paid ads for their products.

Immediately as we took over the account we did a thorough analysis and found out that the campaigns could be optimized better so we proposed a new funnel and a better campaign structure in which we will have fewer campaigns but more ad sets and ads inside them which will allow Meta to better redistribute the budget and produce more sales.

We’ve also noticed that they had tracking set up through an external tool so we migrated everything to GTM for more accurate tracking.

It did not take long for the results to start showing.


Once we’ve changed the campaign structure and optimized tracking we’ve seen an immediate increase in both, purchase value and ROAS.

To be sure we didn’t just “have luck” with the campaigns, we followed the same structure in April and with an increased budget managed to achieve slightly lower ROAS but more sales happened on the website itself.

Overall ROAS increased from 0.44 to 7.60 in under a month.
